Terms of Membership

Article 1 (Purpose): This agreement is intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users participating as influencers in the marketing campaign hosted by Wargaming LLC.
Article 2 (Collection and Use of Personal Information):
The company collects personal information for campaign application and management, including name, email address, phone number, and social media ID. This information is used only for campaign management, participant identification, and contact purposes, and is securely managed in accordance with relevant laws and the company's privacy policy.
Article 3 (Eligibility and Application): This campaign cannot be participated in under someone else's name, and influencers must refrain from illegal or inappropriate activities during their participation.
Article 4 (User Obligations): Users must comply with campaign guidelines, content creation guidelines, and instructions provided by the company. Acts that are illegal or infringe on others’ rights, as well as attempts to earn points or rewards fraudulently, are prohibited. In case of violation, the company may revoke campaign participation qualifications and hold the user legally responsible.
Article 5 (Content Usage Rights): Influencers grant the company the right to use any content (live streaming videos, posts, etc.) created during their participation in the campaign for promotional purposes. While influencers retain copyright over their content, the company has the right to use it for campaign promotion, records, and press releases.
Article 6 (Limitation of Liability): The company is not liable for unexpected issues such as technical problems, network failures, or hardware errors occurring during the campaign. Additionally, the company is not responsible for the leakage of personal information or damages resulting from user negligence.
Article 7 (Modification of Terms and Campaign Changes): The company may revise these terms when necessary and will notify users in advance. If the campaign’s conditions and contents change, the updated terms will take effect from the date of application. Users may withdraw from participation if they do not agree to the changes.
Article 8 (Dispute Resolution): Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court with jurisdiction over the company's headquarters shall serve as the court of competent jurisdiction.

Supplementary Provisions
This Agreement shall take effect on November 1, 2024.

Privacy Policy Agreement

Wargaming LLC complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other relevant laws to ensure the safe handling of participants' personal information.
For events hosted or organized by Wargaming LLC, applicants’ personal information will be collected and used as follows:

Right to Refuse Consent and Disadvantages of Refusal
Applicants may refuse to consent to the collection and use of personal information as stated above. However, refusal to consent to essential items may limit participation in the event or registration on the website.
